The breakfast was great, with a great view from the terrace! Location made it easy to explore the old city in under 10 minutes. A few minor issues, but overall a good experience.

Ayy, the location was dope! Just a 10-minute stroll from Herod's Gate. The staff was mad friendly, helpin' us out with tours. Breakfast up top had a bonkers view and plenty of options to fill ya up. Rooms were comfy for my fam. Coulda used some sprucin' up, but overall, I ain't complainin'.

The hotel was clean and provided a warm atmosphere for our family with kids and our special needs son's autism support dog.
My wife says that the air conditioning was a hassle and it made the nights uncomfortable during our stay.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Hayat at reception. She provided great service and even gave us directions around the city. The location is perfect-just a short walk to the Old City. The restaurant on the top floor had amazing food and a nice view.

good location but disappointing service
The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the area. I found the breakfast selection to be really enjoyable, especially the fresh fruits and pastries. The room itself was spacious enough for my group, which made our stay a bit more comfortable. There was an impressive short-order cook during breakfast who prepared our eggs perfectly.
The staff did not adequately address our concerns about billing.

missingWrote a review on Jun 05friendly staffgreat locationearly wake-up call
Had an awesome time with friends! The hotel’s location made it super easy to hit the Old City and Mount of Olives. The friendly staff helped us book tours for the Dead Sea and Masada. Breakfast on the rooftop was a highlight with stunning views. The room was comfy and cleaned regularly. Definitely recommend it for a fun group getaway!
One downside was that we weren’t informed about the early wake-up call, which was annoying. It would be good for future guests to check with the hotel beforehand.

A smart choice for a fleeting moment in Jerusalem with great value for the money. The breakfast spread was impressive, especially the short order cook who really knew his stuff. Be prepared for some dated facilities during your stay.

missingWrote a review on Apr 18friendly stafftasty saladsuphill walkcozy roomroom updates
The location is a decent 10-minute walk to the Old City, with buggies available for those who may struggle. Staff showed exceptional friendliness, especially at check-in, and the breakfast spread featured a noteworthy variety of tasty salads. The spacious family room easily accommodated our group, making it comfortable for all. However, the return walk was uphill, and although the room felt cozy, it could benefit from some modern updates. Overall, a great base for exploring with some minor inconveniences.
